Noel Asmar believes in the power of design. She entered the world of uniforms after a career in hotel management that exposed her to the way a uniform can empower and motivate a staff. The sight of hotel staff in ill-fitting, worn out, hand-me-down uniforms ignited a feeling in Noel that something needed to change. Already running a small women€™s collection custom garments, Noel took the initiative to make new uniforms for the staff who had so selflessly devoted their entire careers to the care and wellbeing of others.
