Noel Asmar believes in the power of design. She entered the world of uniforms after a career in hotel management that exposed her to the way a uniform can empower and motivate a staff. The sight of hotel staff in ill-fitting, worn out, hand-me-down uniforms ignited a feeling in Noel that something needed to change. Already running a small women’s collection custom garments, Noel took the initiative to make new uniforms for the staff who had so selflessly devoted their entire careers to the care and wellbeing of others.
